I Accidentally Turned My Blog Into A Private Blog

Last night, I created a private site. This site will serve as my database of all the research related to my blog that I do. Now, when setting the blog as private, I accidentally set my blog Learn Fun Facts to private instead.

When I woke up earlier, I was bemused to find that I had no views and likes last night. I was about to ask WordPress Support whether there is something wrong, but I first decided to view my blog after logging out of WordPress. That’s why I found out that my blog was set to private.

So, I apologize to those of you who were unable to access my blog.

Also, for those who haven’t seen my post yesterday, click here to read it.

  1. OH YAY!!!! I’m SOOO happy to know You are alright!!! I was worried that perhaps it was because someone had done something to You and You were fed up! Was SOOO behind on blogging that I think I came upon 3 of Your posts which had the private blog message up. I sent numerous entry requests and then thought, “Oh great!!! That’s gonna look stalkerish and scary!!!” 😅🤣 Congrats on getting it all sussed! And….YAY!!! Cheers! 🙂

  2. Teacher was not amused. I’m glad I didn’t do that to my blog as I’d have had to prevail on the Happiness Engineers. One time I turned on italics when using a quote. Suddenly the next post was in all italics. I could not find the code to get rid of it, even by wiping out the quote which I had italicized. Of course, the WordPress folks found the missing “end code” right away. I’ve never italicized since then … afraid it will happen again.
