“Inspiring” Quotes from a Bot

We have all seen those inspirational quotes printed on posters (or photos, if you are a social media person) that talk about conquering challenges, achieving impossible dreams or learning from failures. They are usually backdropped by powerful imageries of nature, such as sunrise or stars. You may cringe or feel inspired by them depending on your perspective.

If inspirational quotes created by humans are not your cup of tea, inspirational quotes generated by an artificial intelligence might interest you. Someone created a bot called InspiroBot which randomly generates “inspirational” quotes and put them on photos for your enjoyment. More often than not, it would generate outlandish and ridiculous quotes, though sometimes, it would show its wit and brilliance. Obviously, the bot won’t be able to replace a human any time soon, but who knows.

Here are some of the bizarre quotes it generated:

  1. Great quotes . So if these quotes are generated by one of these superior a.i bots who process hundreds of calculations in a minute then by now they have summed up the human race. It will be the first time we can view our behaviour as seen through the eyes of another being so to say or other form of intelligence .
